Professor Cold Heart
His heart is colder than an iceberg. He will stop at nothing to eliminate feelings, and his archenemies, the Care Bears and their cousins. He is a master inventor, and is always tinkering with some new invention to wipe out feelings forever. His sidekicks are Frostbite and Auntie Freeze. He has the power to freeze people with either his fingers or his eyes.
Frostbite
Professor Cold Heart's assistant is rather dopey. Frostbite is both clumsy and stupid, and always botches up Professor Cold Heart's plans. However, he is loyal. His aliases include Cheatin' Heart Weasel.
Auntie Freeze
Auntie Freeze is Frostbite's aunt. She has a crush on Professor Cold Heart, and likewise isn't keen on feelings. She has the power of invisibility, and is known to use this power to hide in young children's closets in order to scare them.
Slaves
Professor Cold Heart's slaves are children who have fallen under his influence. Cold Heart offers them a drink, and when they drink it they become cucumber shaped slaves.
No Heart
This heartless wizard hates everything- even his niece, Shrieky (though he hates her less than everything else), and their assistant, Beastly. When not trying to wipe out feelings, or decimate all love from Earth, he can be found in his thrown room cooking up something in his cauldron to eliminate the Care Bears and the Care Bear Cousins once and for all. His aliases include Lord No Heart and No Heartsaurus.
Shrieky
Shrieky has a very distinctive voice. One so shrill, and so loud, it can easily shatter both glass and eardrums. Her very healthy set of lungs is her main motivational tool, but she also carries around a magic mirror to motivate Beastly into doing her bidding.
Beastly
Beastly isn't too bright. He is forever messing up even simple assignments from both No Heart and Shrieky. They keep him around mainly because where else are they going to find someone as dumb as him to do their dirty work for them? Beastly isn't totally heartless, but even when he tried being a Care Bear, he couldn't master even simple concepts.
Shadows
These are No Heart's evil shadows.
Spirit Book
This evil spellbook possessed Nicholas, and manipulated him in an effort to wipe out all feelings on Earth. Together, they made a nearly unstoppable team. Her pyhsical form is a book, but through the use of mist magic, she can grow arms made of fog/mist. She has an immense knowledge of spells, and can create monsters to do her bidding. Her only weakness is that she can be closed, and then locked.
Dark Heart
Dark Heart is a shape shifting monster. His main form is a human boy with bright red hair, but he can transform into animals ranging from sea serpants to snakes to apes to yes, even a cloud. He can shoot red lightning bolts in cloud form, and he also has the ability to have his shadow leave him and lead pursuers on a wild goose chase.
Sour Sam
Sour Sam enjoys baking Crabby Apple Pies on Thanksgiving, or any other special occassion. His pies turn anyone who eats them into well, a very crabby person. His pies can be countered by Grams Bear's Happy Apple Pies.
Dr. Fright
Dr. Fright is one of No Heart's would be flunkies. He was unable to eliminate any of the Care Bears or Care Bear Cousins in his Tomb of Doom, which enraged No Heart. Dr. Fright has not been seen since.
Strato Nefarius
A musician from the darkest portion of the Universe, Strato Nefarius collects stars in order to produce the light he needs to practice his music. Ever since Funshine gave him a sunshine shaped light from her tummy symbol (and promised him more if he needed more light) he has not stolen another star, and he replaced the ones he had stolen.
Wizard Of Wonderland
The Wizard Of Wonderland kidnapped the Princess Of Wonderland in an attempt to become King. This failed when the Care Bears brought in Alice (who looks exactly like the Princess) to Wonderland to take the Princess' place while they found the real Princess.
Dim and Dum
Dim and Dum are the Wizard Of Wonderland's two bumbling assistants. They are very afraid of spiders.
Cloud Monster
The Cloud Monster was created by No Heart to devour Care A Lot.
Cloud Of Uncaring
The Cloud Of Uncaring was created by No Heart to erase feelings from everyone. If rain from the Cloud Of Uncaring touches you, you will turn gray and you will no longer have any feelings.
Cloud Worm
The Cloud Worm is a large worm composed of clouds, who devours clouds. His mission is to eat holes in the clouds to allow light to penetrate to Earth's surface. Unfortunately for the Care Bears, Care A Lot is a delicious looking snack to him.
